At last years Goodwood Revival, Tesco created a 1966-themed pop-up store. The Goodwood Revival 2011 is a British motor racing festival with a twist — everything is “vintage” from the 40′s, 50′s and 60′s. Its a magical step back in time and a great chance to experience and live in the glamour and romantic world of motor racing from the ‘golden era’.
We are a big fan of vintage design so can only imagine how cool it would have been to stroll through the old supermarket with retro cereal, soup and soap powder packaging. Perhaps we should look at doing a vintage Spinneys or Choithrams stand at Gulffood next year?
